I have watched How I Met Your Mother for a few years now and I have always been a fan of its opening theme. I have never heard the full song, so a few days ago, I decided to listen to it. I am absolutely in love with it, just like I am with the show. I always thought that How I Met Your Mother has had a great song selection throughout the series. Hey Beautiful by The Solids is a great choice for the theme. I have had the song stuck in my head since I’ve listened to the whole thing.

Its done! Its finally done! My Gaara gourd is complete and with plenty of time for LAC for London this Feb. Dispites its size its really light and sturdy. (I accidentally dropped it down the stairs and not an scratch on it! XD) To those who are curious I used two yoga balls, duct tape, LOTS and LOTS of paper mache and glue then I used acrylic paint, PVC glue and sand mixed together to make the coating. I done like two coating, one darker than the other so if it gets chipped you will get the sandy touch underneath it. Then I dry brushed it with an lighter color to make the ‘cracks’ of the gourd then spray paint the symbols over using stencils I printed out and black bin bags lol. It looks awesome! I’m so proud of it XD
